We are extremely happy with the service Allan provided. He is a very skillful craftsman and pleasant to have business with. Allan created an elegant groom's wedding band for me incorporating my old ring together with the material he provided. He also created a fantastic wedding ring for my partner to go seamlessly with her engagement ring, precisely to our specifications. He was very helpful and patient as we tried to figure out what exactly my partner wanted her ring to look like. His prices are VERY reasonable and the job was done in a timely manner. Our only little quibble is that a couple of times we felt there was a bit of miscommunication over email with Allan. However, it could've been our fault, I can't remember. My experience with Allan has been FANTASTIC. OUTSTANDING PRESALE SERVICE: I called him to clarify some questions about the ring that I could not find online and to check if the ring I was looking for was available. He contacted the supplier immediately and called me back just afterwards. He clarified further questions I had about the ring, payment, delivery, etc promptly and efficiently. OUTSTANDING PRICE: My ring was slightly different than the one online and he made me an unbeatable offer. I could not find any other online shop offering a similar price (I have to add, I did skip websites that looked too dodgy). OUTSTANDING DELIVERY: The ring arrived promptly (before even the estimated day)and safe. OUSTANDING AFTERSALE SERVICE: The ring had some tiny marks were the diamond was inserted; however, I could have lived with it and I told him not to worry. Nonetheless, he offered to investigate the issue, contacted the supplier and arranged a express return and delivery of a new ring before my wedding. OUTSTANDING PRODUCT: I am so happy with my ring!!
